1. Returns only apply to products purchased from Office Furniture SA website www.officefurnituresa.co.za and you can provide proof of purchase.
2. Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging for a full refund within 10 days of delivery to the customer.
3. If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee and a handling charge of 10% once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
4. The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order.
5. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
Please note the below will not be regarded as faulty/defective items
1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
2. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage or assembly of the product;
3. Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
4. Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
